2017-Time to get on track

At the start of the new year millions of people make resolutions to change things about their lives. The new year always seems to bring a sense of hope and rebirth. It's an exciting time full of optimism and potential.

This year I've decided that it's time for me to get serious about pushing my writing and going outside of my comfort zone. Which includes more self-promotion, doing more events, guest spots on blogs, submitting short stories for Anthologies or publication in general. Things that I have recoiled against doing in the past. Partially out of lack of confidence, partially out of the fact I wasn't ready to dive into that deeply.

I have told myself in the past that I would keep up with this site more, but have always failed to do so. This year I am making good on that promise. I purchased a domain name and plan to make this more of a central focus. While I still think social media like Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc; are a wonderful place it's not the same as having a centralized location that is yours.

Please be patient as I update the site, post more on this blog and work towards making 2017 my most productive and successful year yet!
